nightmare-chess.nl is the home of the computer chess and draughts engines written by Joost Buijs.

All engines run in a separate graphical interface: the chess engines speak the UCI protocol and work in any UCI-compatible GUI, the draughts engines speak HUB and DXP.

Using the engines

Download the archive for your platform, unpack it in a folder of your choice and add the engine executable to your GUI. Each engine page lists the supported options.
